At STAR, we’re working with others on local, state and national levels to reduce, reuse, and recycle. That is what we’re talking about when we discuss “closing the loop” - completing the full circle of the recycling effort. So we’re uniting those who share our goal of sustaining the Texas environment. But we need your help - a larger voice means more input into the development of legislation, regulations and policy decisions.

And we offer programs that encourage recycling markets as well as economic development.
